The Pet Behavior Help Training Center is located on more than five acres, with three fenced outdoor fields and an indoor heated and air-conditioned training room. We also have extensive pasture areas that we use for training, parking and events. The entire facility is fenced with an automatic gate for the safety of your dog.
Training Spaces
Agility Field 1
This 120 x 120 ft fully fenced grass field is located closest to the barn and is equipped with lights for training at night. We have a full set of competition agility equipment, including rubberized contacts and 24″ weave poles.
Agility Field 2
This 120 x 90 ft fully fenced field is under development as the new grass grows. It is also lighted for training at night and has a complete set of competition agility equipment, including rubberized contacts and 24″ weave poles.
Rally & Obedience Field
This 65×85 ft fully fenced grass field is fully lighted for use at night. It is used for Obedience and Rally Obedience classes. It is in use but still also under development as we work to fully cover the field with grass.
Indoor Training Room
We use this 20 x 22 ft rubber-floored space for our puppy and obedience classes, as well as many private lessons when the weather is inclement. Class sizes for this area are capped at five dogs and will include working outside as well as in the indoor area.
Weather
Our Training Center provides a rich outdoor environment full of common distractions to help you and your dog work through some of the hardest but most impactful parts of training. However, the outdoor setting for our Agility and Rally classes means that our classes are subject to local weather conditions.
We want you to enjoy your time at Pet Behavior Help, so classes may be cancelled and rescheduled due to extreme heat or cold. Agility and Rally classes may also be affected by rainy and wet conditions. Students will be notified by email prior to class. Make-ups will be offered when the majority of the class can attend.

Directions
The Pet Behavior Help Training Center is located at 2712 NC Hwy 57, Hillsborough, NC 27278.
From Highway 86
There are many different ways to get to the new center. The most common ones will take you onto Hwy 57 from 86. The training center is 2.8 miles from this intersection after the speed limit goes up to 55.
Note: There is a gate. Use the code you have received in your confirmation email to open the gate. Incoming traffic always has the right-of-way.
When exiting, keep right to allow for two-way traffic and pull up to the sign that says “Stop”. The gate will open automatically.
Parking
Parking for the outdoor Rally and Obedience ring is in front of the house. Please go slowly through the gate and take the first left to park near that field. Exit through the second opening to pass the gate sensor so it will open as you exit.
Parking for the Indoor Training Room is just behind the house. Please park perpendicular to the privacy fence on the left. Please do not leave large gaps between cars.
Parking for the Agility fields is behind the privacy fence, either directly against the fence or to the right of the primary Agility field.
Handicapped drivers: Please alert your instructor prior to arrival to make arrangements to park closer to your training area.
Please be aware that pedestrians have the right-of-way when driving at Pet Behavior Help. The speed limit is 3 MPH to keep our dogs safe!
